Mrs. Melissa Ann Jones

June 20, 1977 - March 1, 2022

Our beloved wife, mother, aunt, and friend, Melissa Ann Jones, of Pascagoula, MS passed away on March 1, 2022, at 2:02pm, at the age of 44. Preceding her in death her Grandfather TZ Gipson (Hoot). Her father James Russel Gipson (Daddy Ruff) and Mother Cecelia Darlene Gipson (Mama D). Survived by and lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend, Christopher Jones of (November 14, 1998) 23 years. Her children, Connor Jones and Tristan Jones. Her brother, Patrick Gipson and sister-in-law, Katrina Gipson. As well as her loving nieces Shyanne Ratcliffe, Ashlyn Gipson, and Kayce Gipson and nephew John Patrick Gipson. Her uncle Ricky Case and wife Brenda Case of Tennessese. Born June 20, 1977, in Marion County. Worked as an ESC Contract Analyst at NOAA Fishery Laboratory of Pascagoula, MS for 15+ years. Her most favorite hobbies included spending time with her family, baking the most amazing foods, riding the motorcycle with her husband, watching and listening to renaissance and historical shows, and listening to music. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 1:00pm at Faith United Methodist at 4005 Chicot Street Pascagoula, MS 39581.
