Mrs. Myrtie Louise Spicer Mizell, 84 of Pascagoula, MS., passed away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. She was born April 25, 1936, in Jackson County, MS., to Edward H. and Myrtie Lee Clayton Spicer. Louise was a loving mother and grandmother, sister, and friend who enjoyed being with her family and friends. She Loved watching the Saints and Braves play ball, traveling, especially to Mexico, and fishing. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul E. Mizell, her son, Paul H. Mizell, one sister, Beverly Weil, and 2 brothers, Charles Spicer, and Johnnie Spicer. Survivors are her daughter, Teri Mizell, two sisters, Doris Spicer, Sandra (Darryl) Prew, daughter-in-law, Cindy Mizell, granddaughter, Rachel Mizell, and special friend, Caitlin Redd.
